1. Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Catherine Wheel Studio is operated by Morgan Truncale, Catherine Wheel Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through https://catherinewheelstudio.org and related business inquiries.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, telephone number, and project details. If an inquiry becomes an engagement, we may also receive billing information, correspondence, approvals, and materials needed to provide the agreed services.

Please do not send student records, financial account information, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the public contact form. If sensitive information is necessary for an engagement, we will agree on an appropriate transfer method and handling requirements first.

Information collected through the website

Our website and its service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, and security logs. Cookies and similar technologies depend on the tools enabled on the site. The Cookie Policy identifies the technologies currently used.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, communicate about projects, keep business records, protect the website and our systems, and meet legal obligations. Where analytics is enabled and permitted, we use it to understand website use and improve the site.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. If we introduce a newsletter, subscription choices and unsubscribe instructions will be provided separately.

Who receives information

We may share information with providers that support hosting, forms, email, business records, and other services needed to operate our business. We may share project information with authorized collaborators when necessary for an engagement and subject to appropriate confidentiality requirements. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims. If the business is transferred, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable law.

Retention

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, considering the nature of the information, active engagements, recordkeeping obligations, and legal needs.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us if you believe information you provided has been compromised.

Your choices and requests

You can contact catherinewheelstudio@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights concerning certain uses or disclosures. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.

Children’s information

This website is intended for adults seeking professional services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. Client projects involving children’s information require separate arrangements.

External services and processing locations

External links and third-party platforms have their own privacy practices. Information may be processed where we and our providers operate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will display the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.

Catherine Wheel Studio uses this policy to explain cookies and similar technologies on https://catherinewheelstudio.org.

What these technologies do

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies can include browser storage, tracking pixels, and scripts. Depending on the tools enabled, they may support website operation, security, preferences, usage measurement, or external content.

Your choices

You can use your browser settings to manage or delete cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect site features. Where a consent or preference tool is provided, use it to manage optional technologies and withdraw consent. Browser blocking is not a substitute for a site consent mechanism where one is legally required.

3. Website Terms of Use

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These terms describe permitted use of https://catherinewheelstudio.org, operated by Morgan Truncale, doing business as Catherine Wheel Studio. They do not replace a separately signed client agreement. Any enforceability based on assent is subject to applicable law and the way these terms are presented to visitors.

Website purpose

The website describes our creative, design, communications, and marketing services and provides ways to contact us. Website descriptions and project examples are informational. An inquiry, consultation, or proposal request does not by itself establish a client engagement, reserve availability, or authorize paid work. Engagements require a separately accepted written agreement.

Intellectual property

Website text, original designs, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights may belong to Catherine Wheel Studio, clients, or other rights holders. You may view the site for personal use or to evaluate our services. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or modification requires permission from the relevant rights holder except as permitted by law. Client logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate others, distribute malware, access systems without authorization, interfere with website operation, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless we have agreed on a suitable method for receiving it.

Third-party links

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or context. We do not control their content, availability, or practices. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

Information and results

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but do not promise that all information is complete or current. Portfolio examples and testimonials describe particular experiences; they do not guarantee future results. Our services do not guarantee fundraising totals, enrollment, revenue, engagement, search rankings, or other outcomes. Website content is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Website availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms prospectively by posting revised terms and an effective date, with additional notice where required. Updates do not change an existing signed client agreement. Questions: catherinewheelstudio@gmail.com.

4. Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Catherine Wheel Studio is committed to making https://catherinewheelstudio.org usable by people with disabilities. We aim to improve the accessibility of our website’s content, navigation, and forms as we maintain and update the site.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, please email catherinewheelstudio@gmail.com. Include the page address, a description of the difficulty, and your preferred way for us to respond. Sharing your browser or assistive technology is optional; you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

We will review requests and work to provide an accessible way to obtain the information or contact us. Some external platforms may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Please let us know if those limitations prevent you from accessing information through our site.

This statement describes our commitment and feedback process. It is not a certification that the website meets every accessibility standard.

5. Service Policies

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These policies describe our proposed approach to client projects. Your signed agreement and project schedule determine the terms of your engagement and control over this general summary.

Proposals and project start

Each project begins with an agreed scope, deliverables, pricing, and schedule. Work begins after the agreement is signed, any required advance payment is received, and the materials needed to begin are supplied. Prices and availability are confirmed in the written proposal.

Payments and expenses

Payment amounts and milestones are specified in the agreement. Unless the agreement states otherwise, invoices are due within 14 calendar days. Printing, hosting, software, stock assets, advertising, and other outside costs are included only when expressly listed. Additional expenses require written approval.

Revisions and additional work

The proposal states how many revision rounds are included. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed direction. New deliverables, a new creative direction after approval, or changes beyond the agreed scope require a written change order describing additional fees and timing.

Timelines and approvals

Timelines depend on timely materials and feedback. Clients are responsible for reviewing names, dates, statistics, permissions, links, and final proofs. Delayed feedback can shift the schedule. Silence does not authorize us to publish, print, spend money, or approve a final deliverable on your behalf.

Cancellation and refunds

If a project ends early, we reconcile payment against work actually performed and authorized, plus noncancelable outside expenses. Advance payments are applied to that balance; any excess is refunded, and any unpaid balance remains due, as specified in the signed agreement and subject to applicable law. Completed and accepted work is ordinarily not refundable merely because a client later changes direction. This does not remove remedies for defective work or breach.

Files, ownership, and ongoing support

The agreement identifies the final files and rights provided after payment. Editable source files, unused concepts, fonts, stock assets, and third-party software are included only as specified. Hosting, maintenance, updates, and ongoing support require a separate scope when not included in the project.
